Joannie Worrell

CEO

Joannie is a retired career banker with over 40 years of banking experience across regulatory, governance and auditing roles. She has served with two regional Central Banks and a Regional Commercial Bank in Senior Leadership roles. Her extensive training in banking, strong governance and regulatory background bring strategic insight to the Trust's mission of helping entrepreneurs succeed. Joannie is a Fellow of the London Institute of Banking and Finance and also holds the designation of ACIB.
