Ezlon is a retired banker who spent 38 years in the industry with Barclays Bank/FirstCaribbean (33) and Butterfield Bank (5). He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of the UK and also holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. The major part of his career was spent in the area of Credit Risk Management and Credit related roles either in Personal or Corporate Lending. He has also had the opportunity to work in several islands around the Caribbean. Ezlon is married to Heddie and they are the parents of three adult children. His hobbies are reading and following sports, especially cricket.
